The mission of Weigold Real Estate, LLC is to buy and rehab houses in Torrington and surrounding areas, starting with properties that are in need of repair. I will then employ fine tradespeople in our area such as carpenters, plumbers, electricians, roofers, and siders who are feeling the ramifications of the bad economy. It is my hope that this venture will, in effect, create a small “stimulus package” of our own.

Once these properties are repaired or rehabilitated, I will sell or rent them to families that are feeling the effects of this economy on a daily basis. I will also create financing options for families that may not be able to obtain traditional financing.

In addition, I have decided to donate a portion of the profits to The Community Foundation of Northwest Connecticut, located in Torrington. Torrington native Guy Rovezzi is a talented community leader who, as President of the Foundation, is actively involved in working with local nonprofit organizations to improve the quality of life for everyone in the Northwest Corner. I think you will agree that the Foundation is a tremendous asset for all of us.
